All Domestic (US) orders, including orders being shipped to Army Post Office (APO) addresses, receive FREE SHIPPING. Orders are shipped during business days every week. Order processing takes about 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via the shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please note that if multiple items are purchased in a single order, the items may ship separately. In such case, you will receive tracking numbers for each separate shipment.

We are currently only shipping to the countries listed below and offer flat rate shipping. Orders are shipped during business days every week. For international orders, order processing takes about 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. All international orders that purchase multiple items in a single order will have all the items shipped together. Please note that all international shipping options do NOT provide tracking information. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES.
For all orders being shipped to an international address,
the BILLING and SHIPPING address MUST BE THE SAME. Credit Cards that we except include VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and DISCOVER. We do recommend that international customers use PAYPAL checkout. Please use a valid street address, as we
cannot ship to international PO Boxes.

Once you receive the return shipping label, please locate the nearest United States Postal Service and drop off your return package. Please allow 5 – 12 business days transit time. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 3 – 5 days for the return credit to appear on your account. Please note that any transaction fees required by each individual's payment gateway for the refund will be the responsibility of the customer.
All gift certificate codes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All CLEARANCE SALE items are final sales/no returns.
For International Returns
We accept any untouched merchandise within 30 days from the shipping date for full refund. We do not refund return shipping charges and the return shipping cost is handled by the customer. If you are returning an item please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you will be returning an item and we will email you back with the appropriate return shipping address within 24 hours of receiving the email. Please ship the merchandise securely wrapped, as we cannot return items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Also please note that we cannot return items that are lost during transit.
Your return will be processed within 1-2 days from receiving the return package. Please allow 4 – 7 days for the return credit to appear on your account. Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. Please note that any transaction fees required by each individual's payment gateway for the refund will be the responsibility of the customer.
