Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Handling Information:
We currently only deliver to 48 contiguous states and Washington D.C. All shipping is handled by UPS Ground Shipping. Order processing time is about 2-3 business days. The shipping rates are as follows:
Zone 1: $10.00
Zone 2: $12.25
Zone 3: $15.25

Orders are shipped during business days every week. Order processing takes about 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a tracking number via the shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped. Please note that if multiple items are purchased in a single order, the items may ship separately. In such case, you will receive tracking numbers for each separate shipment.
Delivery time is approximately 2 - 7 business days from the shipping out date, depending on location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
You can store and edit your shipping preferences during the checkout process. Please be sure to re-confirm your address before submitting your order. Poshlocket will not be responsible for any lost or miss-delivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
All returns must be authorized. Any returns without authorization will not be accepted. You may request a return authorization within 20 business days from the shipping date. Please email email@example.com with the subject line " RETURN AUTHORIZATION - (your order number) " to request a return authorization number. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Once you receive your return authorization number, you may return the package via the carrier of your choice with a return signature. Poshlocket is not responsible for any return packages lost during the return transit. All return merchandise should be packed in it's original packaging or in a package similar to the original packaging that will ensure safe transit. Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise is damaged during the return transit, so please pack with caution.
Once we receive the return merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. You will then have the option to either receive store credit or refund to the original form of payment with a deduction of 12% restocking fee. Please note that any transaction fees required by each individual's payment gateway for the refund will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Merchandise are eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged or defective. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line " DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS" with photos of the damaged or defective product. All claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 5 business days of receiving the package.
All SALE items are final sales/no returns.
